About Je-S
Je-S is used by AHRC,
BBSRC,
EPSRC,
ESRC,
MRC,
NERC and
STFC (formerly CCLRC and PPARC),
as well as the Technology Strategy Board (TSB),
Energy Technologies Institute (ETI)
and National Centre for the Replacement, Refinement and Reduction of Animals in Research (NC3Rs),
to provide their communities with electronic grant services.

To be able to submit an application through Je-S the Organisation being applied through will need to have registered with Je-S.
A list of Je-S Registered Organisations is available, please note that this does not include self-registered organisations.
For certain, limited, calls, self-registration for organisations is available.
Changes to Password Requirements
Please note that all passwords being created or changed on the Je-S system with effect from Friday 29 September 2023 must be of at least 15 characters, and will be case sensitive.
Continued Use of Je-S Beyond December 2023
There will be an ongoing service in Je-S, which has been confirmed until the end of 2024 - whilst we continue to build and test functionality within the Funding Service. For further information: Council transition to the new Funding Service
Important Information: Co-Investigator Je-S Accounts
Please Note: ALL Co-Investigators involved in a Proposal must be set up with a full Je-S Account at least 7 working days before the Opportunity/Call Closing Deadline. This is to allow for the account activation and verification process.
