Je-S is used by AHRC,
BBSRC,
EPSRC,
ESRC,

NERC and
STFC (formerly CCLRC and PPARC),
as well as the Technology Strategy Board (TSB),
Energy Technologies Institute (ETI)
and National Centre for the Replacement, Refinement and Reduction of Animals in Research (NC3Rs),
to provide their communities with electronic grant services.

To be able to submit an application through Je-S the Organisation being applied through will need to have registered with Je-S.
A list of Je-S Registered Organisations is available, please note that this does not include self-registered organisations.
For certain, limited, calls, self-registration for organisations is available.

We are aware that there has unfortunately been a fault within our back office Grants system which has generated an automatic e-mail to be sent to some users. Affected users have been contacted and the error addressed. We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this error may have caused.
Essential Maintenance
Please note that due to essential maintenance, the Je-S system will be unavailable from 8:00am until 4:00pm on Saturday 20 August 2022. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Research Administrators
A request for all Je-S Pool Administrators to please ensure that the Je-S Pools for your organisation are kept up-to-date. Please remove from all Pools, those colleagues who have left your organisation, as this helps to ensure that we do not send automated e-mails unnecessarily and risk them going to the wrong person.
Automated E-Mails from Je-S
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some Je-S users are reporting that automated communications from the Je-S system are being treated as spam/junk by the security systems used by their e-mail system. Users are asked to regularly check for e-mails from Je-S. In cases of doubt, the Je-S Helpdesk can be contacted at JeSHelp@je-s.ukri.org and 01793 444164, and can verify the authenticity of e-mails received.
