When a document is completed, you can submit it to the next stage in the process, provided you have the necessary access rights:

Approval by the Submitter results in the document being sent to the relevant Research Council. Upon successful submission, an acknowledgment is sent to all relevant parties involved in the production, approval and submission of the proposal.

Submit a document to the next stage:
  1. Click on Submit Document.
    A dialogue box seeking confirmation and possibly confirming a declaration will appear.

  2. Click on OK/YES to send the document.
