Character Count

To check character limits, or edit longer text to the character limit, paste the required text into the text box below

This page allows you to paste text from any source into the text box, and will show how many characters the Je-S System counts (this will be different from some word processing packages that ignore characters such as carriage returns). You can then edit the text so that it is within the limits defined for specific text boxes within the Je-S forms, before returning to the application form to paste that text into the data field.

To paste text into the box below, place the cursor in the box and either right-click on your mouse (Ctrl-click on the Mac) and select 'paste', or press Ctrl+V (Command-V on the Mac) on your keyboard. When you have finished editing the text, highlight all the text then either right-click on your mouse (Ctrl-click on the Mac) and select 'copy', or press Ctrl+C (Command-C on the Mac) on your keyboard.

Text entered onto this page will not be saved and will be lost when you close the browser.
