Pre Award Tracker
General
The Pre award Tracker provides information on the progress of a proposal from the point it is submitted to a research council.
The Tracker is available to all the users with access to the document in their Je-S account (Investigators, document owner, others with user access privileges). Research organisations also have access through the master account.
Frequency of updates
The data displayed in the Pre Award Tracker is updated in real time as the proposal progresses through the consideration stages (ie a change in status is made in the research councils Grants System ) Please note that a proposal may remain in the same stage for several weeks eg is being peer reviewed, and during this period no changes will be displayed.
Accessing the Pre Award tracker
The Pre award Tracker information is available:-
Applicants: Login to the Je-S System, within the Document List select the document type eg Standard proposal, select Show documents submitted to Council. The document’s status will show as With Council, select this link and a pop up box will display further information.
Research Organisation Administrators: Login into the organisation’s master account. Select Documents. The link to Pre Award Tracker will be displayed within the Functions section at the top of the page. All the proposals for the organisation will be displayed. Select the document Status link to display more information on a proposal. Use the Filters option at the top of the page to limit the proposals returned by either council, document type, applicant, organisation reference, Department, Status (eg In progress) or documents updated within a specified time period.
