Additional Funding Notification Functionality

Additional Funding Notifications are issued to Research Organisations (RO) when additional funds are added by a Research Council (RC) to an active Grant.

The Additional Funding Notifications are provided through the Je-S System. The RO manages access to the Additional Funding Notifications through the RO Master Account Functions section (Only RO Administrators with access to the RO Master Account can set up and maintain the users):

To give access to the appropriate RO Administrators who require access to this functionality select the Access Control Option and then Add New User.

Search for the name, click on it to enter details and you will be returned to the Access control page- add as many New Users as required. Users who no longer require access can have their access removed through the Access Control.

For RO Users who have access to the Additional Funding Notifications

To view the Additional Funding Notifications select the Index which will display the list of Additional Funding Notifications. Selecting the View option to the Left hand side will open the PDF document:

The documents can be filtered by sorting on the Council, Council Reference, Grant Title, Scheme, Category, Date Produced On and the Council. Select View to see the contents of the Additional Funding Notification  and the  details will be displayed as a PDF document. Please ensure that copies of the document are forwarded to the Grant holders as appropriate.

Emails

When a new Additional Funding Notification document is populated into the RO account the Users who have been given access through the RO Master Account will receive an email notifying them that a new Notification is available.
