Welcome to the Joint Electronic Submissions (Je-S) System Helptext pages

Our help section includes information about the Je-S System, provides tips and guidance on system navigation and details of the research councils requirements for each document section

There are several ways to view the help guidance:

From here:

• Select the heading from the contents in the left-hand sidebar to expand/collapse section.

• Use simple words or phrases in the Search.

From the Je-S login page:

• Use the links to Help on the left sidebar and also in the top right- hand side.  

Within a Document:

• Use the Help at the top on the right- hand side which links to the relevant section of the Helptext.

• Use the  icon within the Document Menu (sidebar) which also links to the relevant section of the Helptext.

The research councils may have different requirements for completing submissions on a Call by Call basis. Therefore the guidance contained within the Helptext should be read in conjunction with the Funding Guides and any Call specific guidance published on the research council websites.
